Upon scheduling, you will receive an important packet of information for you to follow. Our staff will be contacting you prior to your surgical procedure to go over the time of your arrival and details concerning any instructions you need to follow prior to your arrival at our facility. We can also address any questions or concerns you may have at that time. If you feel that you may not be available when we call, please call us, at your convenience, so we can give you the information you need.

We ask that you try to arrive promptly for your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your surgery for any reason. Depending on your type of surgery, you will be spending a minimum of two to three hours at our center.

Payment is expected prior to the time of service if we do not participate with your insurance carrier. If we participate with your insurance carrier, we will bill you for the service, file your claim, and the carrier will reimburse our facility directly. All copays should be paid prior to the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or credit cards.

Any billing questions should be directed to NBEA’s billing department. You now can also access your billing statements on the Patient Portal.

At NBEA we are constantly challenging ourselves to find better ways to serve you. This reminds us constantly that our first and most important responsibility is to see that you receive the best care we can possibly provide. It’s just one more way for us to say, “We care about you.”
